Ms Scarlett Mak is one of the associates of Tung, Ng, Tse & Lam Solicitors. Scarlett was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2019. She joined the firm in the same year.

Scarlett has been involved in handling disputes involving companies, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, derivative actions, petitions relating to unfair prejudicial conduct. She also involves in various types of litigation cases, including loan disputes, winding up and bankruptcy petitions, arbitration cases, injunction cases, tenancy and property litigations (i.e.: cases involving outstanding rental payment, renovation, water leakage and unauthorized building structure), as well as probate disputes.
