Ms Cara Lee is an associate in the corporate team.

She is involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to, initial public offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and corporate restructuring. She also advised and assisted listed companies on general compliance and other corporate transactions.
