Mr. Benny Ko pursued his Bachelor of Laws and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Benny joined our firm in September 2021 and is now assisting our corporate team. Benny has conducted a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and commercial transactions.
