Michelle Liu is a consultant of Tung, Ng, Tse & Lam Solicitors. Michelle focus on capital markets, corporate finance and regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong. She has more than twenty years of experience in advising on various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, listed companies transactions, takeovers and other commercial transactions and advisory work. She also has experience in advising listed companies in its regulatory compliance matters, fund raising exercises and corporate restructuring.

Michelle is currently the Chief Adjudicator of Registration of Persons Tribunal, the Deputy Chairman of Product Eco-Responsibility Appeal Board Panel, the Board Member/Adjudicator of Torture Claims Appeal Board/Non-refoulement Petition Office and a member of Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel. She was formerly a member of Immigration Tribunal, Transport Tribunal and a former chairman of Appeal Tribunal Panel of the Buildings Ordinance.

She is an examiner of Commercial and Company Law of Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination of The Law Society of Hong Kong, an external examiner of the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws of the three law schools in Hong Kong in relation to certain corporate and commercial courses.
