Mr. Felix Tong
ASSOCIATE
Mr. Felix Tong joined Tung, Ng , Tse & Lam Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in June 2022 and was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2024. He has broad experience in civil disputes and litigation, including contract disputes, shareholders’ disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, tort and negligence claims, tenancy disputes, and urgent interlocutory injunction applications.
Felix also handles criminal litigation and regulatory investigations, having acted in matters involving the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB), the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). His criminal work ranges from traffic and driving offences to more serious charges, including rape, wounding with intent and trafficking in dangerous drugs.
