Ms. Sara Lo is currently practising as a litigation solicitor specializing in civil and commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and criminal defence. Sara is skilled in managing high-stakes litigation including contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, civil fraud and asset recovery. She also advises on regulatory and enforcement matters including market misconduct, regulatory breaches, senior management responsibility and mis-selling of financial products. Prior to joining Tung, Ng, Tse & Lam, Solicitors in 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor, Sara held managerial roles at the Insurance Authority and Hong Kong Monetary Authority. She has a proven track record in managing complex investigations against financial institutions, listed companies and insurance intermediaries. Sara also has a strong foundation in anti-discrimination law and criminal defence. She previously served at the Equal Opportunities Commission conducting investigations and conciliations for alleged violations of equal opportunity legislation. Earlier in her career, Sara worked with the Duty Lawyer Service at the Magistrates’ Courts providing direct legal support to defendants across a wide range of criminal offences.
