Mr. Bily Ng<\/b> (Ng Yu Kit) is a Consultant of Tung, Ng, Tse & Lam, Solicitors. A Hong Kong solicitor (2005) and England & Wales solicitor (2008, non\u2011practising), Billy brings two decades of business\u2011side legal leadership as an in\u2011house General Counsel and external advisor to industrial, manufacturing, technology and trading companies. He also leads Legalmapp Limited, through which he manages complex contracts and transactions for clients; all disputes and formal legal opinions are conducted under the firm’s platform at Tung, Ng, Tse & Lam.\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n

Positioned as a business\u2011savvy General Counsel, former legal headhunter, and experienced employment and corporate governance adviser, Billy focuses on turning legal advice into practical playbooks for founders, management teams and boards. His core work spans contract drafting and negotiation, executive and employment matters, corporate governance, M&A and strategic transactions, regulatory compliance, IP protection and licensing, and risk management. Trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, he drafts and negotiates in all three (Traditional and Simplified Chinese). Drawing on his prior headhunting work for leading law firms and corporates, Billy brings insider understanding of market terms, executive dynamics and team design—an advantage in sensitive negotiations, executive transitions and building effective legal and compliance functions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
